For those craving a savory flair, the Denver Omelet and Chicken Shawarma carry robust, comforting layers of seasoning, while the Paleo Plantain Sandwich offers a creative twist for health-conscious diners.

Etai’s also excels in offering fresh, wholesome options like the kale and garden avocado salads that feel like a breath of fresh air alongside their delectable bakery treats. The Justin Bowl and Cobb Salad are hearty choices that balance tastes and textures in every bite. Don’t miss the Chicken and Croissaffles—crispy, flaky, and utterly satisfying—the kind of dish that makes you smile with each mouthful.

Paired with their superb menu, breakfast sides like crispy bacon, home fries, or fresh fruit allow guests to customize their meal, enhancing that satisfying morning indulgence. The kids’ menu ensures even the little ones leave happy, with favorites like grilled cheese sliders and crispy chicken tenders served alongside fresh fruit or fries.

Finally, the drinks at Etai’s, from robust coffee to refreshing juices and soothing teas, perfectly complement the diverse menu. While some patrons found the cappuccino average, the drip coffee promises to be a comforting, aromatic wake-up call.

Whether you’re grabbing a quick breakfast before a flight or savoring a leisurely brunch on a sunny morning, Etai’s Bakery Cafe delivers a unique blend of heartfelt service and mouthwatering food that makes each visit truly memorable. I just came in around 8 ish this morning and placed a to go order. While I waited for my (amazing) food, I had the best conversation with the beautiful woman who took my order at the register. We talked about animals and our love for them!. I did not get her name, but I did feel her spirit. Love Etais. I’ve always had great experiences and great food, there. But this time it was (even more) outstanding. Thank you to that woman at the register and thank you to the chefs who made my food eggcellent!

Good Cafe/Bakery for breakfast. The Challah French Toast was very good with thick slices of bread that stood up well to the process, fresh strawberries and blueberries and real maple syrup. The cappuccino was average at best. Next time, I'll go for drip coffee. There was a small selection of pastries that looked very good. Service was prompt and friendly. The woman that took my order at the counter went through the menu to explain what they had. The space was bright and pleasant with both booths and tables. They do have unsecured Wi-Fi for customers. There is limited on street parking in front of the cafe and more parking in lots behind the shops on either side of the street.

Before boarding the flight to Florida from Denver we were looking for place to have quick breakfast and we were looking for the local place. We decided to have breakfast from Etai's Bakery Cafe. It is a small cafe having indoor and outdoor seating with the warm atmosphere. The cafe was clean and staff was friendly. From the menu we decided to order California Omelette, Garden Avocado Salad, Falafel with Tahini Sauce, Acai Energy Smoothie and bakery food. The service was good and we got our breakfast soon. The bakery products were good, delicious and made with fresh bread. Omelette as well as salad along with falafel were delicious too. Great breakfast options at Etai's Bakery Cafe along with the smoothie.

Good value! We came over here for the farmers market and liked the menu at Etai’s, so we decided to eat here. I’m glad we did. Food quality is above average, price maybe slightly above average for a counter service restaurant, but definitely worth it. Everything is super tasty and made with good ingredients. Kids french toast was tasty. I ordered the California omelette, but did not want the cheese and my request was easily accommodated. Very tasty. I like the display kitchen. Super friendly staff. Slightly congested, but of course it’s busy, because it’s good! Free plentiful parking in back. We will definitely be back here when in this neighborhood.

Love the staff and a better less chaotic breakfast spot in this block. I absolutely love their coffee, Quebec Sandwich, smothered breakfast burrito, and keep trying new things each time. Great price points and quality of food is always terrific! Thanks Etai’s
